Check in was easy, with info forwarded the morning of, so we could just get in, get the keys, and be on with our day. Great location. Didn’t have breakfast - plenty of places nearby. Arc is not trying to be luxurious but clean and tidy and convenient. Harrogate is a lovely place for a break.
