"Service from staff was easily accessible but not intrusive. Surroundings clean, tasteful, comfortable and private. Venue was excellent for rest and relaxation. Facilities - kitchen utensils, room, air-conditioning etc modern, fully functional and carefully placed for the comfort of occupants. I appreciated the layout and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. "Kelvin is a welcoming host and Breezy Vista is an economical spot to use as a base to travel the island. The apartment was spacious and clean and the outdoor patio was lovely in the evening. We found the mattress a little soft, though many may enjoy that. The AC was powerful, but barely needed with the cool evening winds. Kelvin was communicative and helpful. "
