We were told at check in there would be breakfast, although not free, made to order at 0630. We were happy as we had a very early morning and the convenience was going to be a big help. Unfortunately they don’t serve breakfast. We would have planned ahead if we knew we couldn’t get breakfast on site.

During my stay, the hotel experience was extremely disappointing. The pool, my main reason for booking—was closed at check-in and the following morning due to a city shutdown, but this was never communicated to me, removing my option to cancel or receive a refund. This felt like false advertising. There was also a power outage, and no staff checked in with guests. When I approached the front desk, staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional; one employee raised her voice and accused me of seeking compensation. I was repeatedly told nothing could be done because I booked through Expedia. When I later called to file a complaint, I was placed on hold for a supervisor and the call disconnected after waiting over five minutes, adding to the poor service experience.

Nice accommodations. Decent food options nearby: Five Guys, Whole Foods, etc. It's within 6 minutes of Eagle Rock Observation Deck. Also, there's the Chit Chat Diner nearby which was excellent. I'll stay here again.
