I was disappointed to be initially assigned to a room that had a handwritten note taped to it that said it was out of order and not to enter. The gentleman working the desk was super kind and apologetic, but that only goes so far. The room we were reassigned to was not thoroughly cleaned, with handprints on the headboard and poorly made beds. Reviews on Expedia and Google do not accurately reflect my experience and I am suspicious those running the hotel may have friends leaving positive reviews, based on names on staff mentioned.

The pool was really nice when the bathroom is outside of the pool area and you have kids. It's hard for them to dry completely completely off before they have to go to the bathroom and employee said something about that out loud but not to me or my child and may my child feel funny
