Door key didnt work Desk clerk not there. Vending machine not working. Cafe Bar not open at all. No fan vent in bathroom. Lamp not working. Few employees and they didnt know what to do. Had to ask for bed to made and coffee etc. Generally dirty and run down.

Rented to rooms at the same time. No proper AC on the flurth floor. One room has multiple broken outlets with no power and they dod not leave soap. The other room had soap but the tv was broken. We compalined about the temperature of the rooms and we got portable fans. They came to "fix" the tv it didnt work. Ridiculous thay just because it was after labour day and now "off season" that they can give out broken rooms

We were given the wrong room (booked a king sized bed with lake view and got 2 queen size beds with no lake view), our room was very dirty, bathroom looks like it was falling apart, cobwebs were hanging from the ceiling, paint was coming off the walla, bed skirts had stains on them, walls were dirty upon our arrival, we asked the front desk for more towels and we didnt receive them

Couldn’t stay there, no ac it was so hot!, smoke coming in and a so much air freshener it looked like the machine was smoking. Had an asthma attack.
Also had hornets flying in around this
They did try to set up a portable unit but the wildfire smoke from outside was still coming in

We booked a kitchenette but when we arrived the lady at the office said no we didn’t book kitchenette. We showed her the prove of our email and she still said no and gave a room with no kitchenette and no air conditioner. It wasn’t working. When we asked for it she gave us a small fan that didn’t even work properly. Couldn’t sleep all night because it was so hot in the room. They were so many people complaining about their rooms. Never returning customer. Horrible customer service

I came in with fairly modest expectations given the price and the reviews, but I was still a bit let down. I was told my room would be ready by 4pm—which was fine, even though I tried to check in early and it wasn’t even ready for me at 5pm. Once I got in, the room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. The bedding was fresh, which I appreciated, but the coffee maker had clearly been overlooked along with a couple other things. I did mention it to the front desk, but they were understandably overwhelmed with check-ins at the time. The room was on the warmer side, and there wasn’t any air conditioning or fan available. It wasn’t unbearable, but definitely something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to heat. The relief from the heat didn’t show up until the middle of the night! Overall, the location was convenient and walkable, and I got about what I expected for the price. That said, if I were to return to the area, I’d probably consider camping instead of staying here.
