I was traveling with my 90-year-old parents and reserved wheelchair access shower and handicap rooms. When we arrive the room had a plumbing issue in the sink and was filled with disgusting water. My parents had to change rooms. I had a room of my own, and was placed in a room that had overwhelmingly Chemical smell pumping through the air conditioning and saturated the room all night. I felt nauseated. Had a headache and my throat was irritated. The next day I was moved to another room. The room my parents had been in had an issue with the toilet and water was running from the base of the toilet onto the floor. I was staying next-door and the carpet in front of my bathroom was saturated with water from my parents next door toilet .with what kind of water I do not know. The next morning,My mom tried to shower,she pulled the shower curtain and the shower curtain rod hit my 90 yr old mother in the head because it had not been anchored or secured to a wall mount. This hotel is extremely rundown and was not at all the rating that it had been given. This was not an enjoyable staying nor would I recommend it to anyone?
