This is our 4th or 5th stay. We have family nearby and also in Fresno so the location is convenient. We also like the included breakfast. Our only complaint this visit was that the blanket was very thin like all the material inside was gone. Fortunately when I called the front desk I was able to get a replacement blanket that was properly made.

The noise from Hwy 99 is awful. Then you have an air conditioning unit that cycles all night long adding to the noise - not to mention patrons yelling and fighting at 3 and 4 in the morning Hoping more from a Marriott property

second time I stayed in this hotel. it's along the 99 freeway convenient, clean, friendly staff. Nice that they provide free parking and a full breakfast.

Best Hotel In Kingsburg

This place is very clean. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Usually, the free breakfast in hotels are not that great. My plan was to have breakfast there Saturday morning only. But, since it was really good, we had breakfast there Sunday morning. Also the staff is very friendly and the hotel super clean.

Horrible

Cons: Nothing close, Poor breakfast
The hotel room smelled like dirty feet. The room was too small. The complimentary breakfast was not served until 0700. And from what my husband said it wasn't that great. They charged me an extra 20 dollars one extra person. Totally not worth it.

wonderful new hotel

Front Desk and Housekeeping staff were great. Always accomadating when we needed anything. Down side- manager was never on site yet the front desk supervisor, maintanence staff, and housekeeping supervisor stepped up to management duties with ease. Very impressed with the courteous staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Gotta love those jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches.
