Arrived to hotel after 8 hours of driving. Driving down into hotel was a little sketchy. Next to an old run down restaurant. Hotel outside very nice and well kept. Lobby very nice. Unfortunately unable to stay because of a water break and no hot water. I appreciated the honesty of the two women at the desk. Plenty hotels in area. We were able to get another room.

It's a newly bought property for the current owner and you can tell from the condition of the property that they desperately want business and rushed their renovation with poor quality material. Breakfast time was a time to hear everything about one of the staffs family story. It's not a great place to stay.

This was a great hotel to stay at for the price. We were a family of 4 traveling. It was clean and that’s my main concern when I’m booking a hotel. The breakfast in the morning was good. It was right off 95 which made it nice and easy. Would definitely book again when traveling south again.

A nice i95 roadside hotel, pleasant check in and breakfast, staff was friendly and competent , only problem was a room air conditioner that buzzed all night until we unplugged it.

I stayed at this property in January (my first time) - and had s very good stay so decided to stay again as I was driving the same route (I posted a review). I am glad this recent stay was not my first stay because for sure I would never have returned. At check in the front desk person mumbled everything she said - tossed my key to me and when I asked her where the elevator was located I couldn't hear her words. When I asked her to repeat she glared at me and almost yelled. My room was moderatly "okay" - the hot water wasn't great this time. The next morning I went to the breakfast room. When I passed the front desk I was shocked to see that the front desk person was actually "head down" on her desk - and I believe sleeping - or maybe dead - she never once moved the entire time I was there. This hotel can be great or not great - not sure I will repeat stay there again.
