Hot Tub is broken. Lots of guests bring dogs. Mold in the shower caulking. No clearly marked entrance and it’s set back from the road behind a medical clinic.

Terrible breakfast - juice was just water, coffee was cold, waffle maker broken. Loud dogs in the hall Understaffed.

Sean, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry your experience was unsatisfactory. I am not sure what the issue is with the waffle makers, I have checked both waffle makers and both are performing without fail. I suspect the juice needed to be refilled so as not to be watery and cold coffee is unacceptable and a fresh pot should have been made for you immediately. I am so sorry these issues were not resolved for you during your stay and I will be speaking with my staff about your concerns so as this does not happen again in the future. Additionally, this is a pet friendly hotel and sometimes our furry four legged friends tend to be a bit loud; I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you during your stay.

Travelocity charged me $15 more than what I could have gotten with Hotel.com. Charged me extra for 5th person and you knew hotel was not equipped to handle 5th person. No sleeper sofa or roll away. Yet I was charged for extra person yet no place to sleep. Will not go through Travelocity again. Very disappointed with your service.

Very friendly staff

The hotel staff was very nice. Hotel was clean and modern. The only problem I had was the description of the room said pillow top bed so I was looking forward to a good nights sleep. NOT!!! The bed was so hard I thought I was sleeping on a rock and the pillow was even worse. Needless to say I didn't sleep much and had a back ache.
