Anna at check in was rude, had no concept of customer service and when I asked her how long she had worked there she said 4 months which is plenty of time to settle into the job and be able to answer questions without snapping at her clients. I have stayed here several times and this is the major draw back to this hotel. Considering canceling my September reservations.

I stayed for two nights and had a mostly great experience. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made check-in feel warm and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and even had a Jacuzzi—such a nice touch and definitely a highlight! There was a minor hiccup with the bedding the first night, as there was a strange smell that made it a bit hard to sleep. However, once I let the front desk know, they responded kindly and promptly helped me by changing the sheets. I really appreciated their willingness to fix the issue. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way the staff handled it showed they truly care about their guests. With a little more attention to housekeeping details, this place can easily be a good stay. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly and comfortable place with great service, this is a solid choice. I’d definitely consider staying again!

The smell of incense and bleach was so overpowering. The lighting in the bathroom and room itself was so low I could not see to put make up on. Had to use a tiny mirror and sit on the floor in front of the window to get any light. The lamp on the desk didn’t even work. Won’t be back. The hotel right in front of it looked much cleaner though.

Staff members were respectful but not helpful. Several things in the room did not work, including hot water, several outlets, a lamp, TV channels… I was told there was nothing they could do about any of it. I checked out early because of these issues and went to a different hotel.
