Crowne Plaza Stratford Upon Avon by IHG
"Everything was lovely. The location, hotel grounds, setting and decoration, staff and food and rooms. Breakfast variety was excellent, although I was shocked by some customers even filling several takeaway containers with food after they had eaten their breakfast. The only difficulties we had were the location of the coffee machine at breakfast is not well placed ( causing disruption for staff entering kitchen area with dishes etc and machine broke down and with queues even more chaotic), also entrance into the hotel and trying to park. The car park markings and directional arrows and one way system didn't seem clear on our arrival. We were in need of a space close to reception (ideally blue badge)and drove to back of hotel and back around and then you have to exit to drive back to hotel front?. Otherwise we loved the hotel and will definitely return and would highly recommend it."
