In the vicinity of several places listed in the tourist guide and a good walk away from many more. Reasonably priced. Steps (no ramp) up to main door could pose a problem for less mobile visitors.

The location is good with famous places one must visit in close proximity. Only the twin room is small as one is expected in Japan. The top floor is converted into an open area where one can have a hot tea and view the city and harbour view.

About 10 min taxi ride from Hakodate station (cost 950 yen). Tiny motel located close to Hachimanzaka. Old and run down with tiny rooms. I am quite petite but I could barely move in the bathroom. Female staff was friendly but the other guy was not so much. I would never recommend this place to a friend
