"Upon check in we were put in a room that hadn't been cleaned later to learn that the property doesn't offer maid service or any room cleaning over the course of a stay even if requested per "hotel policy" which i was never given. We stayed 4 nights and didn't have dirty towels removed, garbage removed, fresh towels, or bedding for the entirety of our stay. To say we were frustrated would be an understatement. To make matters worse, the "bistro" in the lobby had no workers and I didn't see anyone being served over the corse of our stay. The AC in the fitness room didn't work making it great for hot yoga but not so great for anything else. I'd give zero stars if I could. Do not recommend."

"Overall was a great stay. Rooms may need to be updated. Buffet was nice just need to pay ahead to bring in a coupon. Had dinner at the restaurant. The waitress was soo friendly. The bartender made me a Bahama Mama which was great! We had the amuse burgers - one with sweet potato fries and one with regular french fries. Incredible! Loved the sweet potato fries !"
