      The Mercure is lovely. Conveniently located, within walking distance of the beach, a massage, a fruit smooth or a drink. The hotel rents motorbikes and they won't require you to leave your passport! We/ve had to leave our passports at rental places in the past and its always left us feeling leery. The staff is amazing, super attentive and responsive.

      5.0 Great value for a luxurious 2-room suite!
      I found this hotel after looking at reviews on Travelocity and Trip Advisor. It fell within our budget of four travelers coming from the United States. The reviews had been mixed, but we thought we'd take a chance. We ended up loving our two-night stay there! We got a two-room suite and it was very large and luxurious! Two nicely sized bedrooms, large living room and a massive bathroom with a tub that could fit three of us! Oh and a beautiful outdoor deck. Breakfast was included every morning and it was so large we never knew what we wanted to eat! It was delicious!

      Upgraded to a room with private pool and all was terrific. Hillside rooms are dark and can use updating. Food was excellent and the staff very helpful! Comfortable bed and clean room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

      The room was never cold no matter what setting you put the AC to. It created condensation on the cealing. The hotel is very dated. And bathroom was dirty.
