The neighborhood is quiet with a beautiful river park 3 minutes away to take the dogs too and very close to gunnison without all the busy traffic. This house is in a perfect location for quick access to Hartman Rocks and Curecanti National Recreation Area just to name a few. About an hour and a half of very scenic highway to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. House was very comfortable/cozy. Would definitely recommend. Friendly and responsive host. Neat house as far as design and good space. Kitchen was very nice. Somewhat dated and needs some basic repairs. Very stained carpet, towel bars falling off wall, several beds are just on the floor with litte or no furniture in a couple bedrooms, stains on some sheets. Chairs out back for fire pit and some firewood would be nice. Served our needs fine for a fishing trip and owner was responsive.
