Well location is good place is awesome to see the sunset but outside if you get the partially view from beach unable to see it. Now cleaning is good but somebody forget to switch shampoo condition and liquid soap it’s was empty. All seating at the beach surrender not included paid for then no way you can parked you car your self once’s you arrived is valet parking only. Nice places nice hotel

I went with my 8 year old son and my sister who was coming from Colombia to spend vacation, I think it is perfect to go as a family with children, The hotel is well located, we could literally walk to the Winter Aquarium, and the restaurants and shops nearby are very good… that's good because the food at the hotel wasn't good. during the weekend they put on a movie for the children in the pool for the family, that was fun, unfortunately during the week they do not have buffet service for breakfast, that was a negative point, one of the days they did not clean my room and when I went down to talk to the staff the girl at the reception told me that they could not do anything and just ignored me, in general I think it is good to go with children, because it is safe and has direct access to the beach, but if I went with friends I would not choose this hotel.

Only thing that was odd was that our room was not ready upon check in. We drove several hours, with my elderly father and he just needed to get rest right as we walked into the hotel. And we had to wait. At check in, the room was not ready. I was told I would be texted when my was and I never received the text. I went back up to the counter , about 20 minutes later to inquire and at that point, I was told that I needed to bring up his license, again after I had already showed it when I originally went to check in, in order to get our room. He was so annoyed that he had to bring his license back up. My father was ready to find a nearby hotel to stay at. He didn't care about losing money. He was just tired and bothered. It was just not how I envisioned the start of my stay. Besides this, my kids did enjoy it.

A Great Time!!

I had read many reviews and one of my coworkers from Memphis had stayed in the same hotel many times , so I had all types of reservations. Some great some not sure. Well I can say that it was all great for me and my family. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The beach was breathtaking. The kids area was everything a kid could want!! The water slides the water fountains!! I had my 7 years old grandson with me and it did not disappoint. I knew about the valet fee, the cabana and chairs fee as well. You don’t have to pay for any of this except valet. On the beach it’s your choice. You can just lay out on the beach with your towels as many did!! The location is great. Easy walks to whatever you want to eat. I’m definitely going back!!!
