"Everything was very clean when we arrived. Towels fully stocked and kitchen utensils and BBQ utensils available. The pool is literally right outside the door, and there is a hot tub along with it. Both heated so the pool isn't freezing to go in during late season months. The beach public access is directly across the street, and it is the epitome of Emerald Island white sand beaches. There were ppl there, and they were all respectful, neat and relatively quiet while we were there. We attended concerts while there, and the distance to the location was perfect, so we could stay in the quieter area, but get to the rowdier concert area quickly when we wanted to. Overall a great place, with a great host. We will likely book again for 2027!"
