**Phoenix East II is scheduled to undergo Balcony Project from October 26 through December 31, 2026, weather permitting. Guests should expect construction noise, vibration, dust, and swing stages. This unit's balcony will be completely inaccessible from 11/20/2026 through 12/10/2026 weather permitting. Balcony furniture will be stored inside the unit, and the balcony must remain closed until the contractor approves reopening. Please note that work will pause for the Thanksgiving holiday (Nov 25 - 29) and Christmas holiday (Dec 23 - 27).**

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals when you're not exploring the area's many restaurants. The spacious living area opens to a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with evening cocktails while overlooking the sparkling emerald waters.

The primary bedroom is en-suite and offers private access to the north-facing balcony. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience throughout your stay.

With only 72 units in this low-density building, you'll appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, shorter elevator waits, and easy access to the beach and pools.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
