About the Space:
Royal Palms boasts an array of impressive amenities to ensure your stay is nothing short of delightful. The condo is kept clean, furnished with quality linens, and with furnishings. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, allowing you to feel right at home while exploring the wonders of Gulf Shores.

Accommodations:
The condo comfortably accommodates up to six (6) guests, offering a bedroom with a king bed, hallway bunks with twin beds, and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. For optimal comfort, we recommend a maximum of four/five adults, while the bunk beds are perfect for younger children. The two full bathrooms add convenience to your stay.

Living Room:
The open-concept living room features tiled floors, a cozy leather couch with a sleeper sofa, a reading chair, a TV with DVD player, a pub-style table for meals or games, a ceiling fan, and sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. Speaking of which, the balcony is a favorite spot for many, providing endless views, refreshing breezes, and the soothing sound of ocean waves. Free WiFi and cable TV are included for your entertainment, and you'll find cards and various games inside the ottoman for rainy day fun.

Kitchen:
Should you decide to cook or prepare snacks, the chef's kitchen is a standout with its elegant granite countertops, a breakfast bar with four stools, and a complete set of appliances, pots, pans, utensils, and serving ware. You'll have access to a Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, hand juicer, and blender for added convenience. Additionally, a charcoal BBQ grill is available near the outdoor pool if you wish to savor some grilled treats.

Washer/Dryer:
For your convenience, there's a private laundry area in the condo. Please operate the washer only when you're present to avoid potential water damage. And don't forget to empty the lint trap in the dryer after use.

Bathrooms:
The condo features two full bathrooms, one in the hallway and one off the bedroom. The hallway bathroom has a tub with a shower overhead, while the bedroom bathroom boasts a step-in shower. Both bathrooms offer granite countertops, shower pic wands, and a fresh supply of towels.

On-Site Amenities:
As a low-density beachfront complex, Royal Palms offers a range of amenities, including an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and fitness room. Working out becomes enjoyable with a treadmill and bike overlooking the beach. Vending and soda machines, as well as outdoor showers for rinsing off beach sand, are available. If you're in the mood for a barbecue, you'll find charcoal grills in the common area, along with picnic tables for dining.

Starter Supplies:
To make your stay comfortable from the start, we provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and dishwasher detergent. Linens and bath towels are included, but please bring your own personal care items and beach towels.

Beach Items:
For your convenience, Perdido Beach Service offers rental beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach items directly behind the condo (usually available from March to October, weather permitting). Feel free to bring your own beach chairs and toys, and you can store them in the open-access storage room near the elevators (note: the area is not secure).

Parking:
Royal Palms allows up to two cars (no RVs, campers, or trailers) with ample on-site parking. A fee of $50 per vehicle covers your entire stay unless during specific events. Additional charges apply for certain dates, which will be communicated after booking.

Guest Access:
Enjoy full access to the condo and common areas, including pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness room, BBQ grill/picnic area, and outdoor showers. Public restrooms and showers are available on the 2nd floor near the workout area, and keypad access ensures security.

Other Notes:
Unfortunately, late check-out and early check-in cannot be accommodated due to the cleaning company's schedule. However, you can still enjoy the public beach on such occasions to make the most of your day.
