Great location!

Excellent location for a short stay at the beach! The owners are quick to respond and provide extra beach toys and other amenities that most GS/OB rentals do not.

Beautiful condo with plenty of space and everything you need. Directly on the beach and close to everything. The hosts were beyond amazing and 10/10 recommend this space especially if you are traveling with children. Clean and beautiful.

We had a terrific stay here!! The views of the beach and gulf are perfect. Hosts were very communicative and friendly. Very convenient location. Close either direction to any store or restaurant you might want. We will definitely be back!!

Family Vacation

The condo was cute & clean. We loved the large window ocean view. The layout of the rooms worked well for our crew & the kids loved the old school game machine! The host are polite and easy to communicate with. We love this location because you can walk to a good many shops and restaurants.

Right on the beach!

Nice and roomy. Close to restaurants. Owners were just a text way. Had a small problem and one text took care of it! Our first time in Gulf Shores and it was a great one!

Gorgeous view and Great Location

The windows in this place are floor to ceiling giving you the most gorgeous view of the ocean. You can tell this condo has been recently updated. It’s so comfortable and exactly as stated on the description. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores, heated pool, right on the beach. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing View

Everything was great. Check in was super easy, the place was clean, had plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 5 children. Great kitchen. Easy access to beach. It was cold and rainy during our stay so beach time was limited, but the view from the balcony and living room was breathtaking. Wake up early and watch the sunrise and the dolphins.

Awesome views/Great location

This our second time staying in this condo. The location is close to everything and easy to navigate around. The condo has great views and easy beach access along with a great pool area. The place was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was great. They had everything we needed to cook meals(except the food of course) most of the time we were there. Aside from some noisy upstairs neighbors, we had no complaints. Will stay again if available

OK but could be better

Furniture and decor was outdated. The couch and main bed were uncomfortable. Ok but could be better. Good ocean view. Owners were fairly quick to respond. The building smelled bit that’s common with big units and lots of people. It was worth the money but will look someplace else next time. Would go back under right circumstances.

Great time and Location

The location of this place is perfect - its on the beach and close enough to walk to a number local restaurants and stores. Owners supply a wagon of sorts, filled with chairs, umbrellas, and extras that proved super helpful in facilitating perfect days on the beach. The building is also smaller than a number of the other places which made navigating hallways and elevators a breeze. The view and open living/kitchen floor plan is great for families. Communication with the owners was easy and prompt. No issues with checking in and getting settled. All around it was a great place for our first visit to Gulf Shores! On a side note: when we got back home after the trip we realized we had left a bag at the place, and the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful in getting it back to us.

Condo rating

Pros: The condo was nice. It was real clean. The listing was as reported. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again. Would give a 5 star if not for maintenance disturbances. Con: no onsite property manager and hard to get in touch when you needed something. Also, unforeseen condo building maintenance all day with loud drilling and vibration of whole condo units, also putting on new roof. Sounded like a jack hammer above us. Contacted office on site and they said they are allowed to perform all maintenance during business hours. Couldn't sit outside due to constant debris in the air from roof/maintenance. I'm aware November is a slow month and maintenance has to happen sometime. Also our dryer went out on first day and was repaired on day before checkout.

Book for the view! Its worth it.

The balcony window wall is amazing. Gorgeous view. The bathrooms need some TLC, but they aren't awful, just not up to par with the rest of the condo. Perfect place for a family with kiddos.
