View from balcony was spectacular. Clear view over all the buildings in front of unit. Unfortunately, the bedroom window on the back side of the property was directly across from the elevator. No privacy if you opened the blind. No sunlight if you kept it closed (minimal light if blind was open because the 3 elevator shaft blocked all views and light which makes the inside back of the property dingy). If you slept in the second bedroom you don’t feel like you’re at the beach. I rented at CT to have a lagoon and ocean view. Access to pool and beach was convenient. Bridge from tower to beach was so appreciated and kept everyone safe crossing the street! Plus, it was air conditioned!! Elevator to parking level made moving in/out easy. The furniture needs to be vacuumed really good. LOTS of gray hair left on furniture and floor (and we don’t have gray hair so it’s not from us!) One advantage to 1604 was the fresh linen guarantee. Unfortunately, we opened the freshly made beds and long, black hairs were in between the fitted and top sheet in both beds. Not a very comfortable feeling, especially with the advertised guarantee, so it made us question the cleanliness of the rest of the property. Could use an extra blanket or two. There were no extras. We loved the double balcony. Unfortunately, the pot smokers frequented their balcony (starting at 9am and out past 12am) so we were forced to go back inside and keep our doors closed. It was too pretty to be cooped up inside.
