Great Property!!!

Great property for a week long family stay. Property is steps away from the beach. Two pools (3-5 ft. pool and “Kiddie” pool — 1ft. deep). Balcony and window views from 801 was awesome because it is a corner room. Close to amenities, restaurants, and town. Only a few red lights from the main strip of shops, restaurants, etc. Room was clean when we arrived. All appliances worked. House keeping kept us stocked with plenty of fresh towels and wash clothes. No full room service with this booking. The room was stocked with all necessary appliances, cookware, ironing board, hair dryer, and the like. Plenty of parking spaces to choose from. I don’t believe the whole parking lot / garage was full the whole stay, in mid June at that! Two elevators. No restrooms near the beach or pool, just on the first floor (not ground level). Property is a little dated, but we seen advertisement that new furnishings and things were soon to come. Bed was comfy with plenty of different pillows to choose from. Close to Dollar General and Walmart for your necessities. Security was present most of the time to keep watch over the property and parking lots. Awesome vacation, just wish it could’ve lasted longer!

Property was clean. The housekeeping staff were friendly and provided us with whatever was needed. We had a wonderful view from the balcony. Location was good. Close to restaurants & seafood markets. The Hangout within 1/2 mile.

Spring break 2019

What a great time! Perfect space for a small family, 10 and 4 y/o and my husband and I. Im picky when it comes to cleanliness and always bring Lysol spray and Clorox wipes, but this place was already clean to begin with. The bedspreads in the pics are gone, all white blankets and soft beds. The view is amazing and more so with a corner view. Parking was nice and never a hard time to find a spot, elevators weren’t bad. 1-2 min wait at the most, and that’s during spring break. Condo fully stocked, I should’ve brought plastic cups for my 4 y/o, they just have glass. Crock pot included which was a definite plus! We went to the beach all day and had a meal waiting for us when we got back. Sno cone store right across the street a good treat to cool down in the middle of the day. We loved it here and will definetly be back!

The facility was nice only stayed one night out of the three that we reserved our room due to my son having broke both his feet on vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer. From what little time we was there it was a great view and nice room.

Enjoyed my romantic getaway with my husband

I enjoyed my stay. Close to a nice restaurant, awesome view of the beach and the city. The kitchen had everything we needed, appliances, refrigerator stocked up. The elevator was slow going up and we were on the 8th floor. The room was close to everything, grocery stores, outlets, fun. The staff was nice, good reasonable price. I enjoyed the location and would definitely stay again. It's a must that you try the restaurant next door

Overall room was what we thought it would be. Elevators however need some work. Malfunctioned often. Small but served the purpose for us. Friendly and helpful office. Beach was great. View was amazing. Great central location.

Pros- clean, kitchen stocked with utensils, close to everything. Cons- very small(would sleep 3 adults and 2 small kids), only one parking permit per room (even with several vacant suites), balcony banesters are loose so when wind blows it makes a terrible loud annoying sound.

Wonderful unit with great views.

My daughter and I stayed here for a quick, two-night getaway and loved it. The unit was much more roomy than we expected based on the photos included with the listing. The unit was extremely clean and well maintained. I loved that all the extra linens for the sofa bed and bunk beds were in sealed Brett-Robinson packages. The bathroom was fully stocked with towels. The king bed is huge! I think we could have had three people sleeping in it and not ever touched. We loved the corner unit with windows on one wall and the balcony/sliding glass door on the other. It made the living room seem much more open. (I am not sure why they didn't open the curtains in the photos here because it really is a nice view!) Also, they have a sliding screen door that you can use if you want to leave the glass door open and hear the ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked although we didn't really use it. I mean, when you are at the beach you HAVE to go out for seafood! There is a nice little place to eat right next door called Bahama Bob's so we just walked up from the beach to have lunch there. We ate both our dinner meals at Mikee's Seafood. Wonderful food and service! I would definitely stay here again. However, I got this place at a last minute special for around $100/night. It was a great deal compared to their regular nightly rate. That said, they do offer daily housekeeping and their cleaning fee is much less than what most condos here charge, so it really isn't a bad deal in the long run.
