Crystal Tower 1202- Sit on Your Balcony and Let Your Worries Wash Away with the

Enjoy beach serenity at Crystal Tower 1202. This 12th floor condo located on West Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores has everything a perfect beach trip is made of.

Crystal Tower Condominiums have all the amenities one could ever desire. A walk over pedestrian bridge that makes beach access safe and simple indoor/outdoor pools a lazy river up to 2 parking passes per condo a BBQ area Free Wi-Fi and full washing machine and dryer in each condo.

This is a non-smoking condo. No pets are permitted and you must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this rental. Monthly rentals available November through March 1st.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Parking passes and amenity wristbands are purchased on-site. Total cost will vary depending on length of stay. Parking passes are charged at $20 per day, per vehicle, for the first 3 days with a maximum charge of $60 for a weekly 7-night stay. After the first week, parking is charged at $5 per day, per vehicle. Stays November through March are charged $60 max.

Great!

We had a great time celebrating our anniversaries with friends! This property is really nice and clean! Great view, close to the beach, and to some great local restaurants. Our only recommendations would be to put up curtains in the queen bedroom because the safety light outside is quite bright shining through the blinds and to provide the code for the gate coming in from the beach to the pool area. We couldn’t find it anywhere, but thankfully other guests were around to tell it to us. Overall, great experience!
