Impeccably furnished by a local decorator, your vacation home features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and seating for 10. Enjoy access to an outdoor pool and a workout center with Gulf views while staying fit on vacation. Each bedroom has its own TV/DVD and the living area boasts a large flat screen TV for your entertainment needs.

The beach is just a short stroll away, with easy access to a boardwalk and popular inlet from the Gulf that leads to the Lagoon. For those looking to simply relax and enjoy the views or fill their time with activities, this is the perfect spot for you.

Please note, this is a non-smoking unit. No smoking is permitted inside or outside, including porches and balconies. Parking is limited and each reservation is restricted to 1-2 cars, as determined by the condo association. No boats, trailers, motor homes, jet skis, or golf carts are allowed in the designated parking area. Elevators provide easy access to each level.

All monthly rentals must be in the same calendar month to receive the monthly rate. The minimum age requirement for booking this unit is 25 years old, and this rule is strictly enforced. Please note, check-in codes will be texted to guests on their day of arrival.
