This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Boardwalk 1081 is where gulf front memories are made. This 10th floor 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condo will be just what you need for your trip to Gulf Shores. Enjoy the gulf breeze from the private corner balcony facing the sugar white sands. The comfort of the living room will have you fully relaxed where time just passes by. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all your meals. The natural sunlight will beam in from the windows throughout the living and dining areas. In case you need more sleeping space there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Boardwalk 1081 can sleep up to 10 people comfortably.

The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and a door leading to the private gulf facing balcony. The master bath has a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom also has 2 twin over twin bunk beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

This 70-unit complex is in the heart of shopping attractions entertainment and dining including the famous Sea-n-Suds restaurant on-site. While outdoors enjoy the gulf side pool sundeck and BBQ area.

Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 25 years of age to rent.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

It was okay

The property is super dated, it’s kind of dirty. There was trash under the bed, coke or some liquid on the walls, not the cleanest. The location is good, nice view beach front, close to everything. Probably needs a deep cleaning and updating.

So we have been to gulf shores several times and this place needs a complete remodel the shower curtain had black mold on it the toilet was clogged when we got there and there where towels in the washing machine that never got put in the dryer. It takes forever for the dryer to dry a load around 3 cycles. Beds where hard as a rock. Just very very outdated and sand in the beds. The security guard was extremely nice and great access to the beach. Just needs a renovation

Very dated, not like pics posted condo needs a renovation and updated furniture!

It was ok if your a college student but for a family rental I was very disappointed. We will not be staying with them again.
