This beautiful 4-bed, 3-bath home is just two blocks from the beach while sitting right on the bay. Newly redecorated with comfort and relaxation in mind, this spacious retreat is ideal for groups of up to 12 guests, offering the perfect home for your next beach getaway.

THE SPACE: Best of the Beach has an open, inviting living room area and kitchen which adds to its beach charm! The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a spacious kitchen island, and stainless-steel appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Whether cooking for the family or enjoying a casual meal, this kitchen has everything you need. This home offers four beautiful bedrooms and three bathrooms ensuring everyone in the group has a comfortable place to unwind. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer, complimentary cable and internet, and a keyless entry lock.

THE PROPERTY: With its PRIME location, expansive space, and beautiful interior, it's truly the best of the beach! You have access to the community pool (24x14x3-5') located right on the lagoon, where you will enjoy great views of the lagoon, pier, and fishing dock while relaxing poolside. Take time to enjoy the fishing off the dock and/or get wet at the lagoon beach.

*Must be 25 years of age to reserve; proof of age is required. *No smoking in the house or on any balcony. *No parties. *Parking is provided under the house. *A starter set of paper products is provided. *Beach towels are not provided.

GULF BEACH ACCESS: Public beach access is a 3-minute walk on a quiet road, then across west beach (as a crosswalk). MORE? Yes! You can take the new pedestrian walkway from the road outside our home to the Calloway Bridge (and the public beach there too!). Nice walk along the lagoon!

THE AREA: You will be in the heart of Gulf Shores, conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment, festivals and shopping. Local activities and attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA waterpark. Catch a thrill on the rides at OWA Amusement Park. Visit The Wharf in Orange Beach or Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley. Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature trails, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, golfing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise. Whatever your choice of entertainment, Best of the Beach is sure to be a winner with the family!
