A Week In Paradise!

Loved this condo! Great location! We enjoy sitting on the balcony, and this unit had comfortable patio furniture and a great view. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved that the bar area has an ice-maker and blender. We’re definitely coming back!

Property was great. Got hung up in tropical storm Francine so balcony was great to hang out on! Only little complaint was beds in front bedroom to the left of entry, the beds were NOT comfortable. Also both front bedrooms could use something to block out the light coming in from hallway. And maybe a few more rolls of toilet paper, LOL!!! But overall a great place a definitely would stay again and recommend!

Impressed w decor - very nice furnishings w tasteful beach themed accessories. Nice touch - small plugin nightlights - helpful for kids & elderly grandparents. Kitchen fully equipped - even some spices/P&S. Enjoyed our stay - will stay again.

Amazing family vacation

I was impressed with this property from the parking garage all the way to check in. Once in our condo I was beyond impressed it was everything it listed and more. Not one thing needed fixed or called about. I have been telling everyone how wonderful this condo is. I just can’t say enough. Thank you for letting us stay

The check in descriptions are wrong on their website, and also in the rental agreement. We left early expecting to be there at the time of the agreement only to be told we couldn’t check in for hours later than the agreement said. They were able to get the condo cleaned quickly and in before 5 pm but things weren’t as clean as expected for such an expensive condo. Mold in the showers and in the kitchen sink were the worst things everything else was pretty clean.

Lovely Condo

The location was excellent. The balcony had spectacular views, you could see dolphins swimming by. The property had security 24/7. I didn’t revive the email for checkin but the management company was very helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Amazing location but not the cleanest

The location of Phoenix Gulf 1203 was perfect! It was right off the beach as stated in the listing & the condo was very spacious! It was nicely decorated. There were boogie boards in the laundry room that my children enjoyed using. The management team communicated nicely with me regarding checking in. The only problem was the condo wasn’t very clean. There were old cheerios on the floor in the living room & under the couches. There were two lightbulbs out in the bathrooms, there were left over hair dryers & attachments, hair in the drawers, soap remnants in the master shower, & dirty dishes in the cabinets. My family was there for a week & it was a disappointment that I had to clean & wash dishes in order to enjoy the vacation.

perfect place for us!

This unit was perfect for our stay. My wife and I stayed with my daughter and her 2 kids and there was plenty of room. Very spacious balcony along with the living area, bedrooms were also good size. pool and hot tubs were awesome. zero entry heated pool was a big hit with the kids, Hope to go back next year!

Birthday Wishes Do Come True!

Last minute booking on-line. Birthday gift for my 92 year old father-in-law who's only wish was to see the ocean, so we made it happen with VRBO and Bender. Bender was outstanding! I could not have ask for more communication than I received from them, everything was exactly as I was told .. even better , it was flawless. We drove from Tennessee, opened the door, and looked directly onto the ocean! The condo exceeded all our expectations. It was exactly as pictured on-line, even better. Absolutely beautiful, furnished with everything we could have possibly needed, and spotless. This Tennessee family will be back! Thank you to VRBO and Bender for making a birthday wish come true!

Gorgeous condo that is clean and well kept! The only thing it was lacking was a decent skillet (I love to cook) and the bed topper on the king size bed could be updated. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!
