Incredibly located in front of the inclined plane of the port. Ocean proximity without equivalent. Exhibition for the afternoon sun. Immediate access in front of terrace with bench, chairs and picnic table outside. Freshness even in the hottest periods. 2 floors, possibility to have 2 spaces for parents and children and 2 doors of outlets / entries possible. Parking on the pier of Alcyons (80 seats), no need for cars!

Doppelbelegung der Unterkunft

Beziehen der Unterkunft nicht möglich. Standen bei Ankunft ohne Unterkunft da, trotz Bestätigung von Fewo noch 3 Tage zuvor schriftlich. Entschädigungsanspruch mit FeWo bis heute frustran(3 Wochen vergangen)

Un paradis trompeur

Cette ancienne cale de bateau bénéficie certes d'une belle vue sur le port de Guethary mais cela ne suffit pas à justifier le prix de la location. L'arrivée dans une partie commune avec une forte odeur d'humidité n est pas très agréable. L'appartement quand à lui pourrait être amélioré. On a plutôt l impressiion d'arriver chez quelqu'un que d'arriver dans un appartement qui aurait été soigneusement préparé pour la location. Installation électrique de fortune, cuisine système D, pas de tapis de bain dans la salle de bain, pas d'allèzes sur les matelas, oreillers sales et des fuites dans l'appartement pendant les pluies fortes du pays Basque. Le propriétaire devrait prendre conscience que la location d'appartement ce n'est pas seulement faire de l'argent facile.

Très déçu du logement, certaines photos de l'annonce de correspondent pas au logement. La propreté n'était pas là ( frigo sale, produits périmés a l'intérieur, bouteille entamé, bouilloire sale avec encore de l'eau dedans, rideau avec poussière et toile d'araignée, ...) odeur dans l'appartement désagréable d'égout et/ou de renfermé. De plus niveau sécurité, une prise électrique sous un oreiller ... Nous avons du nous reloger a notre charge.
