Property is what you can expect from A Hyatt Centric. Overall building feels little dated. Specially rooms look used. But bellboy was great and made my stay really great by helping me pack some bulky items. will not forget the hotel because of the bellboy!

I’ve traveled a lot the pyramids the volcano was nice but the food horrible, atmosphere not pretty and the constant smell of sewer was enough for me to say I’ll never return!
