This hotel is located in walking distance from the shops, has a restaurant and a beautiful court yard, and consists of an old colonial charm that makes it unique and delightful. The staff is helpful and friendly- they assisted me with finding a last minute transfer to the airport when my original plans fell through. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hotel Posada de Don Rodrigo Antigua.

Beautiful hotel

We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to ensure all of our needs were met. The location is perfect with many great restaurants and shopping attractions all within walking distance. Can’t wait to return!

An Amazing Place To Stay

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. Truly charming. The staff is so completely friendly and gracious. The room has character, the key was an old fashioned skeleton key. The property, once past the front gate transports you into another world. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I would have liked a fan in the room, but that is just me. The restaurant is fantastic with a view of the volcano overlooking the garden as they make fresh tortillas in front of you.

It was a good stay overall. Staff was very friendly, great location, and clean rooms and bathrooms. My only complaint is that the rooms were very noisy, I could hear everything that happened outside my room and in the neighboring rooms.

Always nice to be back

The staff is amazing here and the accommodations are great. Also very centrally located and everything is within walking distance! This was my 4th time staying here and I will be back this summer.
