Lovely hotel! Room was cozy and comfortable. Staff was really accommodating for a very early checkout. Wasn’t a problem for me, but the room key was pretty bulky (physical key vs a card)

Breakfast is wonderful, staff very friendly. The rooftop is wonderful! They have a travel agent on site which help with our transport to Panajachel..the only thing is that the agent said they would drop us off directly to our hotel and when we arrived to the city, they told us they couldn’t take us to hotel and we had to take a Tutuk. This is the only thing that we thought was unfair, however, we know it’s not the hotel’s fault.

Loved this property! It was centrally located ,walkable to restaurants ,attractions everything! The staff here was amazing! The room was nice,I especially loved the bathroom.It was very modern.The free breakfast was a nice touch and so delicious! I was highly satisfied with my stay at this hotel! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was absolutely amazing—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to choose from. One of the highlights was the rooftop, which offered stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again!

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were super polite. Everything was maintained and well kept. Like many other reviews, the roads were loud, depending on how close to were to the street. I had a massage and she did wonderfully, but again the room was directly on the street so it was hard to relax at times. I also had a pip dripping which kept me up throughout the night. Overall, great place. Centrally located. I would stay here again.
