The lack of seats in the reception hall / check-out hall is a big negative. There is not a single seat when waiting for taxi or friends' car coming to pick us up. So have to stand during all those time waiting. The price in the hotel restaurant is unreasonably high.

The hotel feels like a grand Palace, centrally located, all the staff are friendly and helpful, i particularly like peter, the head concierge whom took time to help with my sight seeing plans. Food options are excellent and fresh! Love it, will book again.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Unfortunately my non-smoking room smells smoke, and it took 3 hours for me to get another room. Also the coffee machine and the shower do not work properly.
