Once you have the correct location you’ll find that you are on walking distance of the main downtown area spots, a perfect place if you just need to take a shower, sleep and keep your stuff safe while you walk thru the city over a weekend or want to have an extended vacation including other cities, towns near the capital.

Beautiful little hideaway!

This little place makes me feel like hidding away for a month. I felt right at home. It was so charming. It feels like a place where you could pen the next great novel. The location is perfect. It's only a few blocks from all essentials, yet far enough away from any noisy hustle and bustle. My kind of place.

Our stay at the Hotel Banqueta was excellent. Claudia was a wonderful and personable host. She was very helpful, and when language was a problem consulted with her children for interpretation. The location was perfect for visiting Guanajuato! The room was very comfortable.
