The hotel was not in the location shown on Expedia. Rather than being in the center of town it is high on a hill, requiring a steep walk down and back up the hill to visit the center. My room was not at the main hotel but at a secondary location which was a walk down the street and down a hill. The property has many stairs to go down to the garden then more stairs to the room. The room has a nice coloured glass window, but it has no curtain, so the lights in the garden shine in the room all night. There were no baked goods for breakfast as stated on the offer for the room, and to get a coffee in the morning it is required to walk back to the main hotel. The

Loved the city and view but disappointed in hotel

Amenities not as listed on own website nor hotels.com. No coffee maker in room or in hotel. Restaurant only opens at 8 am. Nothing in the area outside hotel for food unl Staff is friendly but amenities lacking, especially at the Deluxe location, which is a 350 meter walk away up the road (also not clearly indicated when booking). Restaurant is also in other hotel. Nice room, comfortable and quiet with superb view. Minibar is great, but with lack of food services in area, a coffee station is required, either in the rooms or in common area as listed in description.

La queja es que la reservación era para chocolate deluxe y a la hora de hacer cheque in nos cambiaron a otro hotel y como no conocemos la ciudad tuvimos qué aceptar de lo contrario hubiera cancelado en el momento

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not really close to the center but transportation is provided for a fee. I guess we should have read the room description a bit better as the room we booked did not have AC and was very warm. We were moved to another of their locations and the room had AC and was very spacious. We had a great view of the city at this location. The only thing that I will complain about was that the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. We had a great time in Guanajuato! Very beautiful city!

Price was very affordable and the customer service in person was good ( not over messages). Then room was dirty and it had stains on the bed sheets, we found some clothes in the bathroom and the worst part there’s no A/C. They also try to change my reservation and resell me the same room for a higher price ( because I arrived after their check-in hours)

Great value for money, fantastic view of the city from the property and from the rooms. Short walk down the hill into the city centre. Parts of the property seemed a little tired, however for the value this wasn’t an issue.

Property is clean and very nice with a great view of the city below. Staff is helpful and friendly. You have to walk about 325 meters to sister property for breakfast. Rooms don't have heat or air conditioning.

Wonderful weekend

The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the room had an amazing view of Guanajuato. They have parking. It's a little hike down to the center of town and they offer shuttle service at a small cost up and down too.. We had a wonderful relaxing stay. Definitely will book there again.

La dirección que dan es un callejón donde llegas y no hay recepción ni nada que indique que estás en el hotel, y cuando hablas al número telefónico nadie te contesta, hice como 8 llamadas hasta que alguien me contestó a quien le di mi ubicación y espere ahí como 10 minutos sin que nadie apareciera, hasta que mejor me fui a rentar otro hotel,

Highly recommend it *5*, might not be a fancy big chain worldwide known hotel... but what makes it special and unique is the "Staff" from the Ladies at the front desk to the housekeeping lady and the drivers that transport you for free from and to the hotel to downtown up to 4 times a day, Really nice people. Also, they offer free breakfast! Definitely coming back on the next trip.

Best customer service ever!

Where can i start. We got lost finding the hotel as gps is tricky after calling hotel Jackie send over her driver Antonio to where we were at and guided us to the hotel. Location is good once you get the hang of it. Just remmeber to always go by Panoramic rd. Walk to the center was about 10min. parking is at their location right newct door thats were you park but its 1min walk not bad. Sayra at check in provided excellent customer service and kept it professional when we were having issues witht the reservation system. Rooms spacious, balcony. Fridge in room w drinks, price menu making it convenient for the guest.

Desagradable pues te mandan a un hotel a registrar y el hospedaje es en otro hotel ,la limpieza de las camas muy mal tenían cabellos y manchas hasta el olor del perfume del huésped anterior.lo bueno es que ya conocí el lugar y no regresaré y no lo recomiendo. Es mejor hospedarse en el castillo de santa Cecilia
