Although I had booked a balcony room with 3 beds at arrival I was told I did not have a balcony, I was also made to pay for 2 addition guests (we were 3 in total) after reviewing my booking it was only noted for 1 guest so I had to pay for 2 additional guests at $500.00 pesos per day per person, if those additional guests would have been included in the reservation the price wouldn’t have not changed because I booked a 3 bed room but again I had to pay $1000.00 pesos per day extra. The room smelled like sewage every time you used the sink in the restroom. The cleaning staff was really nice and our rooms were made perfectly. The location is perfect because it’s right in the middle of it all.

The hotel is located in the center area, which is walkable to all landmarks. Our room was too close to the front door and we can still hear the music after 10pm at night. It can get very noisy quite early in the morning. The carpet in our room is super dirty. The bedding and towels are okay.
