Je ne vais jamais y revenir
Nous avons trĂšs mal dormi car le studio âtotalement rĂ©novĂ©â nâĂ©tait pas du tout isolĂ© (ni isolation acoustique, ni thermique). Je ne parle pas dâisolation des murs mais au moins dâavoir une fenĂȘtre comme il faut. Ils ont mis une clim dont le tuyau dâĂ©vacuation passait par la fenĂȘtre qui lâempĂȘchait de se fermer totalement et le pire câĂ©tait que le volet empĂȘchait lâair chaud de sortir (il restait entre la fenĂȘtre et le volet donc avant de dormir nous avons Ă©teint la clim qui Ă©tait pour rien (dĂ©jĂ le vitre Ă©tait trĂšs chaud). Le matin au rĂ©veil il faisait tres froid dedans presque comme si nous Ă©tions dehors, nous avons eu mal de gorge.
Tout le bruit dedans (le matin trĂšs tĂŽt est passĂ© le camion ramasse poubelle, le studio est en RDC cĂŽtĂ© lâentrĂ©e du bĂątiment donc bcp de bruit).
Les vaisselle étaient sales (mal lavés), les tabourets et la table avec bcp de poussiÚre. Pas le savon au SDE

Logement trĂšs bien
Le logement est trÚs bien et bien situé. Un peu bruyant le matin (aspirateur et machine a laver à partir de 8h!) A préciser aussi dans l'annonce les chiens sont acceptés mais quand on reçoit la confirmation de location il est écrit que les animaux ne sont pas acceptés...aprÚs appel au propriétaire il m'a dit que je pouvais venir avec mon petit chien..

Logement plutÎt adaptés pour 3 voir 4 personnes maximum.
Revoir pour les alÚses qui n'était pas trÚs propres, mis a part ça le studio est bien placé et donne vite accÚs aussi bien à la plage que sur le port.
