Appartement avec plein de problèmes.four qui se ferme avec un loquet! Chambre où il est impossible de fermer la porte ( intimité difficile)literie hors norme du coup les draps amenés sont inadéquats en aucun moment c’est expliqué !piscine indique alors qu’il y en a pas ! Chaîne tv en allemand !aucun accueil ni à l’arrivée ni départ ! Forfait ménage demande à l’arrivée pas stipulé lors de la location

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren im August 19 als Familie mit 2 Kindern ( 3 + 6 Jahre) zu Gast im Ferienhaus der Familie Nöll. Der Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Strand und die Umgebung mit z.B. Carcassonne und den Katharerburgen waren wunderschön. Schon der Buchungsvorgang ist uns positiv in Erinnerung geblieben. Der Kontakt mit Familie Nöll war sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Vielen Dank, dass wir Gast in Ihrem Haus sein durften. Sehr positiv gefallen hat uns: - Waschmaschine - 2 Kühlschränke - Haus sehr gut ausgestattet (Besteck, Teller, Töpfe usw.). Vermisst (oder nicht gefunden) haben wir nur eine Zitronenpresse - Spülmaschine - Kindersicherheitstür im 1 OG. - Gute Betten - Riesiger toller Strand (Obwohl wir im August da waren, war es nie unangenehm voll. Es hat sich immer gut verteilt). Wir haben uns entschlossen, insgesamt 4 Sterne zu vergeben, was ja immer noch eine gute Note ist. Einen Stern haben wir abgezogen, da es in der Summe ein paar Kleinigkeiten gibt, die noch besser gemacht werden könnten. - Das Inserat könnte bezüglich Bettwäsche/Handtücher genauer sein. Aus der Beschreibung geht hervor, dass beides bereitgestellt wird. Tatsächlich muss man diese über den Ansprechpartner vor Ort dazubuchen. Auch das Thema "Endreinigung" (65 Euro) geht aus dem Inserat nicht hervor. - Einer der beiden Kühlschränke funktionierte zwar, schloss unserer Meinung nach nicht korrekt. Dadurch kam es zu Eis- und Kondenswasserbildung. Trotz persönlichen Kontakt und Reperaturversuch durch einen Handwerker konnte keine Abhilfe geschaffen werden (dafür haben wir zeitnah eine neue Kaffeemaschine bekommen). - Die Tür vom Backofen schloss ebenfalls nicht korrekt. Hier wurde wohl vom Eigentümer ein zusätzlicher Schließmechansimus eingebaut. Dieser ist außen angebracht und wird bei Benutzung des Ofens heiß. --> Mit zwei kleinen Kindern nicht optimal. - Der Plastiktisch draußen ist zwar groß, aber sehr wackelig, da die 4 Tischbeine nur unten reingesteckt werden. Stößt man an den Tisch, wackelt alles und die Getränke laufen über. - Die Erfahrung mit zu langen Badehosen am Pool (siehe Vorredner) habe ich auch gemacht. Ich spreche kein franzözisch und meine Frau war nicht vor Ort. Meine freundlich Nachfrage auf englisch gegenüber der Badeaufsicht, was der Sinn hinter dieser Regel sei, führten zu keiner Antwort. - Die Teppiche auf der Treppe lösen sich teilweise ab und sind mit Tackernadeln befestigt. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Danke

Urlaub wie er sein sollte

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Ideal für einen ruhigen Familienurlaub, oder auch zu zweit. Der sehr schöne Strand ist sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch relativ nah. Parkplatz direkt gegenüber. In der Umgebung gibt es vieles zu Erkunden. Was negativ war, beruht auf mangelnden Informationen: Den Pool konnten wir trotz ganz neuen Badehosen nicht nutzen, da man dort nur mit sehr kurzen, eng anliegenden Badehosen rein kommt. Dieses Problem hatten wir bisher noch nirgendwo. Das die Endreinigung besondert bezahlt werden muss (65€), wird erst nach der Buchung mitgeteilt. Auch ist der Preis für die Bettwäsche mit 40€ (4 Personen) nicht gerade günstig, wenn man bedenkt, dass man keine Jugendherberge gebucht hat. Handtücher hatte zum Glück dabei, sonst wären da auch noch mal 20€ fällig gewesen. So waren es nur etwa 12% die zum Buchungspreis dazu kamen. Auch war das die erste Ferienwohnung, wo wir Toilettenpapier selbst besorgen mussten. Leider nimmt der negative Teil etwas viel Raum ein, aber ich möchte die Infos an die nächsten Gäste weitergeben, denn dieses Haus hat viele Gäste verdient und ist jeden Cent Wert. Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich 4,8 Sterne geben. Ich hoffe wir dürfen irgendwann mal wiederkommen, denn wir haben uns noch einigen zu tun übrig gelassen und dann wird aus einem sehr schönen Urlaub ein perfekter Urlaub. Vielen Dank Familie Nöll

Können wir guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles für einen schönen Familienurlaub. Die im Inserat beschriebenen Details haben wir so vorgefunden. Die Anlage ist ebenfalls gepflegt und liegt nur wenige Gehminuten zum breiten Sandstrand entfernt gelegen. - Es hat uns im Juni 2019 sehr gut gefallen, vielen Dank an Fam. Noell, wir kommen gerne wieder!
