The house is extremely quiet and very cute! Catherine the owner was adorable and very helpful
The owners are very sweet and discreet. While Raymond was away for work Catherine was around and offered help and assistance about the house and visit suggestions. We invited her for dinner one night as she was so sweaty. We'll come back for sure !

Wunderschöne Zeit für uns und wunderschöner Platz bei lieben Gastgebern
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Familienzeit an diesem Platz! Danke dafür von Herzen! Das Häuschen ist klein, aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wir hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Für uns, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenie-Töchter, hat es perfekt gepasst. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der Terrasse, im Garten oder im Pool verbracht, was einfach traumhaft war. Wir hatten dadurch nicht den Druck, immer etwas unternehmen zu müssen, weil es schon "zu Hause" so schön war. Für Unternehmungen ist Porticcio ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Es gibt den Strand in Porticcio, den wir anfangs verschmähten (Flugzeuge starten und landen in Sichtweite und er hat etwas von einer Vergnügungsmeile ... ein Restaurant am anderen, Clubs, Bars, etc...), aber im Laufe der Zeit gewannen wir den Strand trotzdem immer lieber. Das Meer dort ist toll, nette Menschen, gute Atmosphäre. Und idyllischere Strände mit mehr Ruhe gibt es in der Nähe. Unsere Lieblingsstrände waren der Plage d'argent (ca. 15 Mi. Autofahrt) oder hinter Ajaccio der Plage Capo di Feno. Es gibt aber noch viel mehr Möglichkeiten .... Ajaccio ist toll zum Einkaufen und wer Trubel mag, ansonsten ist Bonifacio ein schöner Tipp. In Porticcio selbst gibt es aber alles, was man braucht: Supermärkte, sogar einen Biomarkt, eine Biobäckerei (beim Casino Supermarché), auch sonst gute Läden. Die Gastgeber der Unterkunft sind soooo liebenswert. Sehr zurückhaltend, aber wenn man möchte, kann man auch sehr, sehr netten Kontakt haben. Den Pool hatten wir immer für uns alleine, was wir, besonders unsere Töchter, sehr genossen haben. Der Abschied war richtig schwer .... und ist es noch. Wir kommen wieder. :-)

La petite maison dans le jardin à l abandon
On passe des bonnes vacances dans cette location Mais nous avons été déçu par de nombreux détails Le salon en baies vitrés des propriétaires est à 5 mètres des marches de la piscine Heureusement les vitres ont des rideaux Le jardin semble à l abandon , l herbe n est pas tondue par souci de biodiversité , Mais on pourrait tondre l herbe de la douche à la piscine pour nous éviter de nous salir les pieds avant de se baigner La douche est très vétuste ( plus d écoulement , l. eau part dans le jardin ) vétuste comme certain fauteuils de jardin et chaises longues , il y a des outils qui trainent, des tas de feuilles Une très ancienne volière à poules qui est très moche et qui ne sert plus depuis longtemps, il y a du sparadrap sur le parasol Tout cela n est pas gravicime mais cela gâche le séjour Il faut aussi signaler la construction de 5 immeubles de 3 ou 4 étages juste derriere, à 50 Métres de la propriété Les Photos sont Très Anciennes car l immeubles n est pas sur les clichés Toutes les photos ne sont plus d actualités C était du temps ou le mobilier était neuf On a discuter de tous ces points avec le propriétaire qui a reconnu un certain laisser aller de son épouse qui est débordée et en congés au mois d aout Nous avons affronté la tempête du 17 aout seul et nous avons remis la piscine le plus propre possible J ai obtenue une remise des frais de ménage pour cette demi journée de travail et un petit merci du bout des lèvres Pas de baignade pendant 2 jours car l eau a tournée La piscine a la particularité d être sur deux profondeurs -Un niveau jusqu'à au maillot 1 mètre -Un niveau de plus de 2 métrés -taille 4m X8m La chambre est très très petite la salle de bain et la cuisine tout autant Mais c est pas le plus grave Le plus grave c est le manque d intérêt de la proritaire a satisfaire les clients "C est comme ca , et c est chez moi ! Les autres clients sont très content

Très bon sejour
Nous avons passé 15 jours très reposant dans cette petite maison où nous avions tout à disposition. La piscine est un vrai plus, les propriétaires très gentils et serviables. Juste à noter pour les personnes qui ont des enfants en bas âge pas de machine à laver le linge mais Catherine la propriétaire se rend disponible pour en faire de chez eux! Nous retenterons l’expérience c est sur !

très bon accueil des propriétaires qui ont été discret pendant notre séjour. la location répond tout à fait à l'annonce. logement très propre et fonctionnel, la piscine rien que pour nous était top. Enfin, la location est située à 5 mins des plages.

Pour nous l'emplacement était idéal avec 2 enfants. Proximité du petit centre, des commerces et de la plage. A 20-30 min d'Ajaccio (bateau-aéroport). De très jolies plages accessibles en voiture 20 à 30 min. La location est agréable, l'équipement adéquate pour notre séjour et les hôtes sont sympathiques et discrets. Merci pour ce séjour qui nous a permis de découvrir une partie de la Corse. Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour: l’emplacement qui nous a permis de rayonner un peu partout a travers l’ île, la gentillesse et la discrétion des hôtes ainsi que les bons conseils prodigués qui nous ont permis de découvrir des lieux superbes! Le jardin est superbe avec la piscine dont nous avons profité matin et soir. Nous avons aussi apprécié de pouvoir glaner quelques Feuilles de menthe, citrons ou tomates... et la compagnie des tortues a réjoui les enfants. Un formidable séjour! Merci!
