Beautiful family property in the heart of the Périgord Noir.

Beautiful character property ideal for a family, ideally placed for visiting the various points of interest in the Perigord Noir (Monpazier, Domme, Sarlat, Beynac, etc ...) Located at the top of a valley it offers a superb view of the surrounding countryside, a 3 hectare plot, a pretty borie and a swimming pool.
In a small hamlet, peace and quiet are guaranteed for families. In the outbuildings are housed a laundry room, and a large storage space for fruit and vegetables and American fridge.
In the house, on the ground floor, large kitchen (stove with 2 ovens, microwave, fridge and small household appliances), large SAM with a beautiful large fireplace, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 bathroom (shower + bath), a desk , and a large living room with a beautiful stone fireplace.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms, and a large bedroom with 3 single beds.

A deposit of 650 euros is to be given directly on site when handing over the keys. By check for French, or in cash for foreigners ***

Maison agréable, jolie piscine. Belle vue. Terrasses agréables. Dommage que la pompe de la piscine ait été bruyante (placée sous la chambre) et que le voisin ait fait des travaux 12h/jour même le dimanche, car le reste de l'environnement très très paisible. Il manque aussi une couverture pour la piscine qui était assez froide pour un milieu d'été (24/25)

Superbe semaine en Dordogne avec comme toujours un temps magnifique. La maison est accueillante et familiale.Les enfants, ados, parents et grands parents ont passé un excellent séjour.La configuration de la piscine permet aux enfants de s'amuser en ayant pied, au plus grand de jouer aux volley mais également de nager devant une vue magnifique.Madame Ribière est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle et d'une bonne humeur à toute épreuve.Merci pour cette semaine

Très bon séjour

Par un temps caniculaire nous avons pu profiter des charmants espaces extérieurs, de la très belle piscine, sans oublier le point de vue très apaisant. L'accueil de Madame Ribière est chaleureux et très agréable. La maison est située à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques. La maison mériterait son doute quelques arrangements mais est pleine de charme. En bref, un très bon séjour à refaire.

Le gîte mérite un rafraîchissement afin de le rendre un plus convivial mais surtout un grand nettoyage (odeurs d urine de chat dans plusieurs pièces ) et une rénovation des moustiquaires. Sinon superbement environnement et agréable piscine.

Plus belle en vrai. Arrivée et départ : accueil, présentation , explications, sourires au top de Mme Ribière Suite à un petit pb de tuyau, réactivité de la propriétaire et de Mme Ribière. Les photos ne rendent pas assez hommage à la propriété et la réalité est 10 fois mieux. Nous avons passé un super séjour : proximité des sites, calme, espace, piscine, barbecue, cache cache...

La maison est grande et belle, le mobilier charmant, mais les mobilier de jardin assez vétuste, et la piscine fuyait à notre arrivée, elle a été réparée le plus tôt possible, mais quand même au bout de deux jours... De plus attention aux divers et multiples ingrédients laissés dans les placards, ils ont entre trois et vingt ans d âge... Mais dans l ensemble la maison est très belle et agréable. Dernier point l éclairage de la piscine existe... Mais ne marche pas... S il fait beau ces petits désagréments n en seront pas !

Très belle demeure avec grand parc et dépendances. Très bon équipement. Grande piscine au sel très appréciable avec la canicule. Très bon équipement (vaisselle, ustensiles, frigos) et belle décoration. Situation idéale pour les visites majeures du Périgord noir. Envisageons de revenir l’an prochain ! Seul petit bémol (mais de courte durée) : les chenils un peu plus loin (chiens de chasse) aux heures de la distribution des repas.

FORMIDABLE et un bémol

La vue est quasiment imprenable. La maison est bien équipée. La piscine est grande et propre. Le jardin entretenu. La seule mauvaise surprise, c'est cette usine à 300m en contrebas, qui enlaidit une partie du paysage et génère un disgracieux ronronnement toute la matinée. Quant à la propriétaire elle a eu la bonne idée de demander à une adorable dame du coin, que je salue au passage, de recevoir les locataires, ce qui compense l'absence de communication réelle avec elle...

Nous avons passé une tres bonne semaine dans cette belle maison familiale : tres bien equipee, magnifique piscine (malheureusement non couverte la nuit donc un peu fraiche) et tres belle vue ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir avec nos ados et petits. L'accueil est agreable et chaleureux !!

Une grande maison ou on se sentre tout de suite chez soi, le calme le vrai, emplacement idéal pour des visites dans les villages alentours, et un accueil idéal, je recommande cette location!
