Designed with modern and clear lines, the villa is in keeping with the latest trends and offers a high level of living comfort thanks to its tasteful layout for up to six persons.
The air-conditioned living area of approximately 160 m2 is divided between the main house and a pool house with separate access, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the master bedroom.
In detail, the following facilities are available:
- a large living/-dining room
- superb open-plan adjoining kitchen with all modern features
- master bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed
- full en-suite bathroom
In the opposite part of the villa you will find :
- bedroom 2 with double bed 160 x 200 cm
- bedroom 3 with double bed 160 x 200 cm
- shared bathroom for these two rooms
- separate toilet
In front of the living room, a spacious terrace is situated with a beautiful segmental arch roof that gives beautiful reflections of shadow. A high quality dining set is completed with a BBQ.
The independent pool house is equipped with a small double bed (130 x 190 cm in one corner) and a small bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. This part of the property is only suitable for two small children or one adult.

Easter Break in Grimaud
We (family of 4 with dog) spent a wonderful time at this place. Great house, high end accessories - we did not miss a thing and felt right at home from the first minute. Places like (Port) Grimaud, St. Tropez, Ste. Maxime, Cogolin, Gassin… are minutes away by car (traffic permitting) but also essily accessible by bike. Great base for day trips to Aix, Marseilles, Grasse, Cannes, Nice, etc.

Villa Trappeziene
Het is een heel goed onderhouden vakantiewoning! Wij hebben het heel erg naar ons zin gehad. Minpunt is het zwembad was erg klein 2,2 meter bij 8 meter. We hebben dit niet doorgehad in de advertentie.
