"Very difficult to rate this hotel since there’s nothing to compare it to. Checkin was seamless and the lady took me right to my room. It’s a separate entrance from the lobby. The room had a real key, a shower, sink, fridge and microwave. The AC worked great but it was loud. The room had a ceiling fan but only worked with the light on so not for sleeping. The floors creaked but that’s to be expected in a century old wooden hotel. All the furniture was vintage, period correct and the whole experience was like stepping back in time. And the bathroom was down the hall but no matter. A breakfast was laid out early in the morning in the lobby, the coffee was great and there were lots of variety of cereals as well as what looked like fresh banana bread and some cherries. All in all, I enjoyed my overnight there, it was a unique experience!"
