Superbe appart'hotel au cƓur de Grenoble. BĂątiment et appartement neufs. Parking souterrain fermĂ©. Appartement de style moderne et bien Ă©quipĂ©. ArrivĂ© aprĂšs 18h, j'ai rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© auprĂšs d'un automate une carte qui m'a permis de naviguer dans parking et hĂŽtel pendant mon sĂ©jour.

Joli petit studio proche du centre de Grenoble

Je suis arrivé à destination tard le soir et le mode d'accÚs fut trÚs simple. Cependant j'ai eu le problÚme de ne pas avoir de chauffage durant toute la premiÚre nuit n'ayant pas de réception nocturne à qui m'adresser j'ai du attendre au matin de pouvoir voir avec l'accueil et le problÚme a été vite pris en charge et résolu. De maniÚre générale le séjour s'est trÚs bien déroulé, hormis des traces de saleté sous la poubelle de la salle de bain virant au jaunùtre (certains messieurs lors de précédent séjour n'ont pas du bien viser la cuvette des toilettes) et qui s'est révélé à moi du à un problÚme d'étanchéité de la paroi de douche qui rendait l'eau sur l'extérieur de la douche une fois que l'eau avait fini de ruisseler le long de la paroi. La literie pour les studio y est plutÎt simple (canapé lit) avec un matelas peu confortable si vous avez des problÚmes de dos. Le studio est spacieux, agréable et bien agencé. Le personnel y est réactif. Je recommande donc cet établissement plutÎt proche du centre ville de Grenoble avec des accÚs aux commerces plutÎt simple.

Attention Ă  l'accueil .

Notre sĂ©jour a trĂšs mal dĂ©butĂ© : Nous sommes restĂ©s devant la grille extĂ©rieure un bon moment le code ne fonctionnait pas ! puis une jeune femme est sortie Ă©tonnĂ©e que nous ne sachions pas entrer ... sa dĂ©monstration na pas Ă©tĂ© fructueuse non plus ! le code avait changĂ© le matin mĂȘme sans que nous ayons Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venus ! Ensuite pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les deux cartes , nouveau problĂšme : nous n'aurions pas encore payĂ© alors que nous avions Ă©tĂ© dĂ©bitĂ© chez Hotelscom ; nombreux Ă©changes tĂ©lĂ©phoniques avec la direction... enfin il ne restait que la taxe locale et nous avons eu nos deux cartes . Ce n!est pas fini dans les deux chambres le wifi ne fonctionnait pas , mauvais code ... appel au fournisseur qui a modifiĂ© les paramĂštres ; ce changement a supprimĂ© l'accĂšs a la tĂ©lĂ©vision , re contact avec le fournisseur .. Enfin notre installation a pris beaucoup de temps ; heureusement la personne qui nous a reçue Ă©tait charmante et a fait tout ce quelle pouvait pour attĂ©nuer notre dĂ©sillusion . pour la suite tout Ă©tait parfait ; mais si nous Ă©tions arrivĂ©s aprĂšs 16 h.!!! plus personne dans la maison .

C'est mon troisiÚme séjour depuis le début de l'année. Donc, cela signifie que je suis trÚs satisfaite. Propreté principalement. Par contre, pour les vicieux, je ne regarde pas sous le lit s'il a des moutons. Je dois réserver un prochain séjour, je croise les doigts pour qu'il y ait des appartements de libres.

Appartement tout neuf et fonctionnel. Superbe espace et terrasse pratique. Seul bĂ©mol, pas de mobilier sur la terrasse. Une table et deux chaises auraient Ă©tĂ© un plus. Pour le reste je conseille vivement. Accessible par tram et vĂ©lo, l’appartement est bien SituĂ©

Ce qui est intĂ©ressant c'est le parking en sous sol trĂšs pratique . L'appartement Ă©tait spacieux et propre ,les lits agrĂ©ables, par contre pas de possibilitĂ© de service petit dĂ©jeuner, il faut penser Ă  prendre tout ce qu'il faut c'est comme Ă  la maison ! sinon petite corbeille avec petit biscuits ,sucre et un filtre Ă  cafĂ© plus poudre de cafĂ© avec cafetiĂšre sur place pas de lait. Manque quand mĂȘme le gardien ou rĂ©ceptionniste ,pour nous renseigner. Mais dans l'ensemble bien .
