Very nice pre ferry trip stay!

We were really only there for about 8 hours due to a delayed arrival but the owner was very helpful and opened the pool so we could swim after a long drive.

Fantastic and welcoming chateau. The sauna and pool were superb, and the room was very good. We felt so relaxed and comfortable. The hostess looked after us and ensured we had a nice breakfast.

Close to the Dieppe ferry so perfect for an easy stop over. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good but if I was going to to be over critical there was no gluten free options apart from the fruit but this is the same at most similarly priced hotels. We will be back for a linger stay in the future. We arrived late and were given the code for the gate and a number to call when we got to tge reception.

We arrived and couldn’t enter the property as the gate was closed and no answer on the intercom. Eventually someone drove out and we managed to enter. In reception there was no one available, we tried to call the hotel and got no answer. After searching the building and grounds there was no one at all on site. We couldn’t check in and had no choice but to leave and find an alternative accommodation at 9pm with 2 children.

La photo du chĂąteau est trompeuse, car nous avons Ă©tĂ© logĂ©s dans un autre bĂątiment. Sur l’ensemble le site est joli. Toutefois le contact pour l’arrivĂ© difficilement joignable au tĂ©lĂ©phone. De plus la salle de bain il n’y a qu’une baignoire d’angle qui, avec la sous pente ne permet pas de prendre une douche debout ou alors il faut mesurer 1,50 m et rien pour accrocher le pommeau. RĂ©sultat prendre une douche Ă  genou n’est pas des plus confortable.

Bien mais petit bémol...nuit avec les araignées

Bel endroit mais trĂšs isolĂ©, loin de tout mais avec l'avantage d'ĂȘtre au calme absolu. Accueil chaleureux, chambre trĂšs trĂšs spacieux mais quelques araignĂ©es nous attendaient dans les coins, plancher d'origine probablement mais pas isolĂ© avec espaces entre les planches qui laisse passer les araignĂ©es. MalgrĂ© la beautĂ© du lieu, les intrus nous ont refroidis. Bonne literie, petit dĂ©jeuner Ok mais minimaliste. Piscine et sauna accessibles mais dommage pour la qualitĂ© de l'eau un peu verte....jaccuzi en panne dommage.

Surprise Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, personne n'Ă©tait prĂ©sent ni prĂ©venu. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© guidĂ© par tĂ©lĂ©phone pour la l'entrĂ©e par une porte fenĂȘtre et la visite. Une ampoule Ă©tait HS sur la table de chevet et il manquait Ă©galement la lampe au dessus du miroir de salle de bain. Grosse fuite sous le lavabo rĂ©parĂ©e avec du scotch mais apparemment dĂ©jĂ  signalĂ©e depuis un certain temps car une serviette servait d'Ă©ponge. Joli domaine avec un trĂšs beau parc avec un endroit calme er reposant mais l’appellation de chĂąteau et la photo sont un peu trompeuses car les chambres sont dans une annexe moderne bien refaites et propres mais pas dans une atmosphĂšre chĂąteau. Accueil trĂšs prĂ©venant et piscine sauna agrĂ©ables. Juste le petit dĂ©jeuner de type 2* n’est pas au niveau. Il manque des Ɠufs un peu de jambon quelques fruits de saison autres qu’une pomme er quelques oranges et des confitures autres que des petits carrĂ©s en plastique style pour ĂȘtre cohĂ©rent avec le concept et le prix.
