I have stayed at Hyatt before this one did not live up to it standard. Our toilet did not flush. We had to manually takeoff the top of it and flush it by hand. This was an ongoing problem. The staff was not there to help the toilet ran all night.

This hotel is so convenient to shops, restaurants, and bars; and it's a 20-minute walk to Reedy Falls Park. Check-in was easy and staff is very helpful. Plus our room was ginormous.

The facility is fabulous, and it is placed in the middle of the most beautiful part of downtown Greenville. You walk out of the hotel and you're in the middle of shopping, the River Walk. And all the other great activities that Greenville has to offer.

Inconsiderste Breakfast Staff Stickler

I was disappointed that the restaurant turned us away for breakfast at exactly 10:01. There was a large dance conference hosted in the hotel this weekend. That Sunday morning was extremely hectic and it was difficult to get an elevator up to the restaurant due to the crowd. I would have understood if the breakfast buffet had been discontinued but there were other guests still serving themselves from the line

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency in Greenville. The location is excellent and within walking distance to everything downtown. The staff are also very friendly. The hotel also has a lot of space and seating in the event that you need to work. We highly recommend staying here.
