Located on a quiet street, our fully renovated duplex apartment in Greenwich boasts hardwood floors, a washer-dryer, heating, air conditioning, and a fabulous modern kitchen. The living room has a large screen 4k TV and an electric fireplace for you to enjoy. The private patio just off the kitchen allows you to relax outside whenever you like.

Enjoy a grill out on the back patio or walk to shops, movies, restaurants, the beach, parks, tennis, the library, the train station and so much more. We are a 15 min walk from Byram beach and also from Port Chester which offers several excellent restaurants, coffee shops, movie theaters, places to shop, and the historic Capitol Theatre. The train station is a mile away. This is also a great area for walking or jogging near the water.

Our property is also ideal to work from home. We have a desk in one of the bedrooms and lighting fast WiFi for you to enjoy.

Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich's picturesque downtown is known for its great restaurants and many upscale shops and is only 7 min away by car. Rye Playland is a fun old-fashioned amusement park and beach in Rye that is 10 mins away by car.

Take the train or drive to Manhattan - less than 25 miles away. Centrally located to explore the Tri-State area.

A beautiful home! The hosts leave everything you need to know in a binder, including things to do in the area, which was so helpful when unfamiliar with what’s around. Everything you need is in the house, it was a lovely experience!

Beautiful house in the perfect location for a New York trip. Only an hour to Grand Central to explore Manhattan and the local neighbourhoods are lovely too. Property was as described, nice decor and a bonus garden to chill in after all the walking around. Thoroughly recommend.

Cute, Clean and Convenient!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute house which was so conveniently located near our family in Rye. My husband and I stayed here along with our son and daughter-in-law. There was also a tiny 3rd bedroom if we had needed it for our other son. The house was completely renovated and spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to town!

Lovely, well managed duplex

My husband , daughter, son-in-law and their 5 mos old stayed 3 nights at this lovely duplex which we all enjoyed.We mainly used it for sleeping as had family nearby where we spent majority of time.The bedrooms were a good size and very comfortable.The kitchen is well equipped.The owners were very responsive and accommodating ! Check in and out process very smooth and easy.Would stay there again .Thank you!

Excellent property and location

This was a perfect location for us to stay having travelled from the UK to spend time with family in nearby Greenwich. We appreciated the comfortable and clean surroundings. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. We very much enjoyed having a kettle being tea loving brits! Henri was very responsive to our booking and communications were excellent. Great Stay!

I recently spent two weeks at this vrbo and found the experience to be very positive! The townhouse was as expected: very clean, with amenities as listed, a lovely backyard, and nice neighborhood to walk around. Henri was very responsive when I had small issues and was at the house within 24 hours. I’d be happy to return if I was in the area again.

Nice property

Great location. Close to Rye, NY, Port Charles and downtown. You could be at any of these destinations in 15 minutes. Property was very clean which was appreciated due to COVID. Seating in living room was great 3 loveseats. Queen bed was a little uncomfortable for me due to my back issues. Would recommend for anyone wanting to go in the Greenwich area. Tip Greenwich beach is closed to visitors due to COVID.

Excellent place to stay in Greenwich

Excellent option for a stay in the Greenwich area. It is a townhouse so just be sure you are ok with stairs. Owner is very hospitable and quick with a response. Very clean.

Great condo & good location

We stayed at this condo to attend some concerts at the Capital Theatre. The condo was in walking distance to the theatre which was great. The condo was extremely clean and the owner was very accommodating for our request for an early check-in and late check-out. The only suggestion I have is that the condo needs a few throw blankets. It was very cold for two days we were there and I was wanting a blanket to curl up on the sofa. If we return for more shows at the Capital Theatre, we will definitely stay here again.
