Welcome to Sunset Porch Cabin located in a very desirable Greentown community on Lake Wallenpaupack in the beautiful Pocono Mountains. A perfect getaway for friends, family, boaters, fisherman, hunters, skiers, and nature lovers. Spend mornings drinking coffee on the porch, days exploring the lake, evenings grilling up a delicious meal and ending the days sitting around the fire pit eating s'mores, or in the hot-tub watching a beautiful sunset.
This 1063 square-foot cabin is nestled on a side of a hill surrounded by tall Hemlock trees in a lake community. Sunset Porch Cabin has a 70’s nostalgic vibe that features:

Sunset Porch Cabin Additional Information:
~Dog friendly- with a fee! $75 per a dog fee (limit 2).
~Guests will have exclusive access to the whole cabin & double lot property.
~The main parking in front of the cabin has room for 3 vehicles. **Garage driveway is steep.** The side driveway (approx. 36 feet long) will hold 2 vehicles or 1 vehicle with a trailer. approximately 36ft. *Please make sure your boat/trailer is no longer than 36 feet long.*
~Door code will be sent out the day before your arrival. It is a unique code that will only activate at time of check in.
~The entire house is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay!
**Guests will have access to the whole cabin and double lot attached, as well as use of the Hot Tub. There is a HOA private community boat launch area about 5-10 minute walk. Launch your boat, kayak and canoe. All docks in the HOA area are private and can't be used. You are welcome to bring water toys to store them in the garage.

Golf Cart-Sunset Porch Cabin offers a 6 passenger electric golf cart as part of your stay. Golf Cart Owners are not liable or responsible for any bodily injury or death during the use of the golf cart.

Requirements:
~Must be 21 years old & have a valid picture ID.
~Any guests wishing to drive the golf cart will need to submit a picture ID that contains your birthday.
~Golf cart can not hold more than 6 passengers at a time.
~Golf cart must remain in the private community and not on public roadways.
