"I stayed here during a photo workshop in two different room types for about 6 nights total. Just note that they are very prompt with their check in and check out times but they have several seating areas where you can wait and wifi is available to use in all areas, plus offer storage for your luggage. I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment the first night and it was beautiful and very spacious. It was a short walk from the main building and had a nice view of the water. Just note that you do have to go up and down several sets of stairs to get to the apts. For the rest of my stay I was in a regular hotel room in the main building which was very nice and cozy. The staff there were wonderful, friendly and answered all of my questions. I wish I remembered her name but there was one girl at the front desk that I would especially like to mention for helping me and having patience with me and my questions. She has blond curly hair and was very kind. The hotel itself is outside the main town a little ways but there is a bus that stops right at the hotel that will drop you off at a few locations in town and a few people in my group had no problem walking there. They also offer a free shuttle to and from the airport and each day they list the flights and what time you should be ready for the shuttle which was very convenient."

"The staff member who checked us in was lovely, welcoming, and exceedingly helpful. She accommodated an early check-in and provided us with a space (boiler room) to dry out our sopping wet boots. The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is that I had booked a "quadruple" and what we got was really designed as a triple (double bed and sofa) - all of the dishes and cutlery came in triplicate. I chose not to say anything as she was so kind to give us an early check-in. The room was absolutely tiny and it required a game of Tetris to fit all of us, allow us to re-pack, have meals in the room etc. But it all worked out and the welcoming and helpful staff made up for a lot. The breakfast was very good as well. I liked the location, a bit on the edge of town and we enjoyed our walk to the downtown past the harbor."

"The location made everything easy. The hotel seemed like the newest of the options. Staff was helpful with all request. Bus to Airport has pick-up across the street and is super easy. Breakfast was fine from 6AM-9AM. There is no gym but there is a full gym 2 1/2 blocks away and I did a three day pass. Go the Greenland and enjoy, NUUK is totally walkable but remember eat early as everything closes around 9PM."
