Lyon is great
Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff who were very helpful with local information. Very convenient for two bus routes in to town. Would definitely stay again.

Reasonable hotel but not good location for getting to the city and poor management. Very difficult to get tea/coffee sachets and milk for the room - delays while someone had to go to the cellar to look for them. Strange arrangements for meals not properly explained at check in.
