Spend the days basking in the sun on the level grassy yard that leads to the sandy, gradual water entry. The dock can accommodate two 22' boats, perfect for those hoping to explore the coves and islands of the almost 1900 acres of boatable waterway. After a long day on the water, unwind by the firepit and indulge in some s'mores. The house is conveniently located near Windham for shopping, movies, and recreational activities, and it is just a short drive from Freeport and Portland for even more fun!
