Located in a secure residence with an elevator, it comprises: an entrance hall, a living room (dining area, sofa bed, TV) opening onto a balcony, a kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3 induction hobs), a shower room, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and an en-suite shower room. A private laundry room (washing machine, dryer) is located on the landing. Private underground parking is available. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted.

La Normandie, quelle belle région.

Ravi de notre séjour, avec une belle météo, au top. Le Mont Saint Michel, le cimetière américain et les plages du débarquement, beau et émouvant. La cote est sublime, l'archipel de CHAUZEY et en particulier l'ile de CHAUZEY est un délice visuel. Cancale, saint Malo, la pointe du Grouin,... MAGNIFIQUE Notre seul regret est d'être venus sur une semaine de mortes eaux !! Nous aurions bien aimé assister a une grande marée .........!!! La solution est d'y retourner dès que possible. Une vrai semaine de vacances!!

Die Wohnung entspricht den Angaben im Inserat, leider auch der kleine Balkon. Die Wohnanlage aus den 80-ziger Jahren könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen, insbesondere die Flure zu den Wohnungen und die Wohnungseingangstüren. Der eigene Stellplatz in der TG und die wunderbare Aussicht haben dafür entschädigt.
